Kontakt Registration Help

[Tripping in Tempur Fields]

Hey, I just bought Kontakt today. I installed it, but can't register it,
open it, nevermind authorize it. When I open up the registration app or my
host tries to open the plug-in, it prompts me for a serial number in three
text edit fields. All I have is the 5x5 digit installation code, and when
I enter it, it tells me it isn't valid. Is there something I'm missing? Is
there a serial number somewhere I'm not seeing? Supposedly Native
Instruments' tech support isn't good and might take a week to respond.

try tech support first.. possibly you have pirated software becuase my
manual outlines how to do the registration...
